Wether you have an important conference ahead of you, or a refresher course, brainstorming session or business meeting, Hotel Astoria makes a pleasant experience out of all types of meetings.
The Hotel has 2 meeting rooms for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 35 people. For bigger groups it’s possible to rent the hotel exclusive. The rooms are standard equipped with flip-over, white board and overhead projector and screen. Additional audiovisual equipment is available upon request. For breaks throughout the day, you can recharge your battery in the lounge or at the bar. Of course, getting a breath of fresh air on the beach is also recommended during a conference; There’s no better refreshment than fresh sea air on your skin, which can be had within a 5 minute walking distance of the hotel.
During your meetings you have free entrance to the Azzurro Wellness Center (1 minute walking). At this exclusive Wellness Centre you can use in all comfort and luxury a swimming pool. Whirlpools, sauna’s, thermal evaporation baths, massage chairs and sun beds. For those who want more action, there’re also a lot of fitness- and sports possibilities, including tennis and squash and a putting green.
Of course, your appetite won’t be forgotten during the meeting. We provide you with standard coffee and tea, as well as delicious meals in our restaurant. As befits any good conference location, we also offer a bar with a pleasant atmosphere. The best brainstorming sessions begin there!
